When cooling, the air outlet temperature is ≥ 15 ℃, when heating is ≤ 30 ℃, or the temperature difference between different areas in the same room is>3 ℃ - mostly due to filter blockage, dirty coils, refrigerant leakage, or hydraulic/air volume imbalance.
The outlet temperature is not correct
When cooling, the air outlet temperature is ≥ 15 ℃, when heating is ≤ 30 ℃, or the temperature difference between different areas in the same room is>3 ℃ - mostly due to filter blockage, dirty coils, refrigerant leakage, or hydraulic/air volume imbalance.
The air volume has significantly decreased and the noise has increased
Dust accumulation in filters, heat exchangers, or wind turbines; Loose fan belt and capacitor attenuation; The air duct insulation cotton is sucked into the impeller. First, "look at the filter - listen for abnormal noise - measure wind speed" to quickly locate.
Frequent tripping of high/low voltage protection
Poor heat dissipation on the cooling side (condenser blockage, dirty cooling tower, short circuit of external unit return air) → high pressure;
Evaporation side heat transfer difference (internal unit icing, low water flow, insufficient refrigerant) → low pressure;
The most intuitive signal is the shaking of the hands and the protection code.
Compressor overheating and overcurrent
Touching the body with your hand>90 ℃ or the current continuously exceeding the nameplate by 110%;
Reason: high condensation temperature, excessive refrigerant charging, system mixed with air, power phase loss/imbalance.
Abnormal frosting/condensation of expansion valve and filter
Dewing in front of the valve and frosting behind the valve → Expansion valve blockage or small opening;
The filter body cools down or even freezes, and the filter screen becomes dirty and blocked, forming a throttling valve, which is equivalent to a secondary expansion valve.
